In 2024, that heart-centered approach brought her to CTB, where she discovered an organization that mirrors her own belief that every child has a powerful beat within, waiting to be unleashed. As Bilingual Managing Director, Adilene supports everything from business operations and events to marketing and performances, ensuring CTB's mission reaches families across Colorado.

Originally from Southern California, Adilene's love of dance began as a child, stepping on her father's feet as he taught her to move to the rhythm of their culture. Today, she continues to find freedom and connection through dance, believing it to be a beautiful expression of art, motion, and emotion. When she's not helping CTB spread joy through movement, you'll find her sipping Egyptian licorice tea, reading, spending time in nature, or gathering with loved ones. Adilene is passionate about encouraging others to move more—in their lives, their emotions, and toward their dreams—always leading from the heart.
